Our coaches have experience at the highest levels. We know what high school coaches expect from their players. Each practice will focus on a combination of individual skills, passing, shooting, positional drills, and effective play without the puck through battling and games. Our goal is to provide a consistent regimen in the fall to equipe you with tools to be ready for high school tryouts.

Filthy Hands Stickhandling Morning Clinic

You will learn heads-up play with the puck, mastering over 20 different moves, fakes, and dekes.

More than just learning these techniques, you'll understand when and where they're most effective, boosting your confidence with the puck and improving your playmaking ability.

As you work on enhancing your puck skills, you'll notice a dramatic improvement in your passing and receiving. You'll also learn proper footwork to create more deception and protect the puck effectively.

Our stickhandling instruction is unmatched in Minnesota, as evidenced by our impressive list of alumni. This comprehensive training will significantly elevate your game.
